Welcome to Martini BLU Sushi + Grill. We are a four star dining experience located in the luxurious Grand Hotel. Our menu was created by Executive Chef David Fhima and Executive Sushi Chef Feliciano "Chano" Bustamante. Aside from our diverse cuisine, we have a full sushi bar and menu. Our menu also features an amazing wine list and, of course, martini list. Reservations are not required but are strongly recommended.
